Let us help equip your church for a successful ministry
Assimilation is about more than bringing the lost into your church. It’s about bringing them into your church family. We’ll build an individualized plan with you and fully equip your church for the ministry.
To be fully prepared to receive unchurched and lost people, we must start by loving them through intentional relationships.
Is your church ready to receive the people Christ sends?
Christ is constantly growing His kingdom. When your church focuses on engaging guests in a way that removes their anxiety, they can clearly hear His Word, and relationships flourish.
- Preparing churches to receive unchurched and lost people
- Aligning your church with what Christ is doing in your community
- Loving people through authentic relationships
- Leading people into their next step with Jesus Christ
Lasting change that revitalizes your ministry and prepares it to reach the lost

The first seven minutes and the final five
The first seven minutes and the final five minutes a guest is on site are the most critical for their first impression. Assimilation training takes a focused look at both.

“I have been in ministry for over 30 years and I have been to countless seminars. Working with Jeremy is different. It feels as if he is on my church staff and he identifies with our ministry goals as if they were his own.”

“It feels as if he is on my church staff.”

Our church has worked with Jeremy Malick for several months. We have utilized his experience designing missional spaces and his practical approach to assimilation training. In both cases, his consultation has been much more than mere philosophy. It has included hands-on help, guiding suggestions, and real-life demonstrations. Jeremy’s demeanor is winsome and confident. He is an encourager and a motivator, offering appropriate accountability. Things that you may have known to do, but just haven’t done, start to take shape with Jeremy’s help.
I have been in ministry for over 30 years and I have been to countless seminars. Working with Jeremy is different. It feels as if he is on my church staff and he identifies with our ministry goals as if they were his own.
While we are still in the process of implementing our new initiatives, I would heartily recommend him to any pastor and to any church leadership team: Take advantage of Jeremy’s help. You will be glad that you did!
“Assimilation is such a critical part of reaching unchurched people. By all means, get this training!”

Jeremy Malick was very instrumental in helping the people of our church see the need for having an assimilation strategy in place. We get people and then lose them all the time. Every church needs to have a plan in place for how they will welcome that new family who comes to their church that needs to have a relationship with Christ. Jeremy will help you get that plan as well as give a call to your church to raise up the people needed to make this ministry work. What I appreciate about Jeremy is that he is real with his experiences both good and bad. Because he understands that every church is different, he will help coach you with how to make a custom-made assimilation strategy for your church setting.
Our welcome table greeters and guest spotters love their role and there is quite a good ‘buzz’ in church about this newer ministry. Assimilation is such a critical part of reaching unchurched people. By all means, get this training!

Jeremy’s assimilation training was extremely helpful! He helped us see our ministry through the lens of what newcomers experience when with us. He guided us in establishing a more intentional, relational, and guest friendly focus. He helped us retool our front door experience, so that people who visit our church are warmly welcomed, authentically engaged, and want to come back!
“I could not recommend them more highly.”

It is my great privilege to recommend Church Coach Ministries to any church or pastor seeking expert guidance in church growth, assimilation, and stewardship. As the Pastor of First Baptist Church of Texas City, I can confidently say that their ministry has made a lasting impact on the life and mission of our church.
Church Coach Ministries first partnered with us to design and implement a church-wide assimilation plan and training process. With their help, we developed a comprehensive system for engaging and connecting with guests in a way that is both strategic and Spirit-led. This system has proven to be highly effective—not only in helping us retain visitors, but in shaping our church culture to be more outward-focused, welcoming, and missionally engaged with our community.
Additionally, Church Coach Ministries provided invaluable support during our recent capital campaign to eliminate church debt. From start to finish, they helped us keep our eyes fixed on God and remain grounded in prayer. The campaign wasn’t just about finances—it became a spiritual journey that encouraged our congregation to seek the Lord’s direction for the future of our church. Their leadership throughout the process was both wise and Christ-centered.
Church Coach Ministries brings deep experience, biblical insight, and a genuine heart for the local church. I could not recommend them more highly. If you are looking to take intentional steps toward health, growth, and gospel impact, I strongly encourage you to consider partnering with them.
“25% of first-time guests who completed a connection card now return to worship regularly with us.”

I’ve had the privilege of working with Jeremy for the past two years coaching Sunnyside Alliance Church (SAC) through a Build Out Design, Assimilation Training & Capital Campaign. Jeremy has been a great asset to SAC. He and his staff are exactly what SAC needs to help us rethink our building layout focusing upon the guests who will join us for worship.
Jeremy brings fresh ideas and practical planning on how to intentionally follow up with guests. I’m thankful that SAC partnered with CCM for our Capital Campaign as well. It has been a huge success and we are excited to see all God has in store SAC’s future.
I’m beyond thrilled at the results of having Jeremy coach SAC. An example of the results we’ve seen has been to have 25% of first time guests who completed a connection card return to worship regularly with us. Also during our Vision Campaign (capital campaign) we see God uniting us around our vision to reach the lost and make disciples who make disciples. I highly recommend CCM.
Assimilation training FAQ
How long does assimilation training take?
Our process runs about four months, from building the plan through the official launch. After the launch, we follow up on multiple occasions and keep coaching as needed.
Is it a fit for our church’s size?
Yes. We tailor a complete plan and training for every church, whether you’re a church plant or a church of several hundred or several thousand.
Do you come to our church?
Yes. Months one and two happen over video calls, and in month three we lead live, on-site training, including recruiting volunteers.
Which teams will you help us build?
We develop a Connection Team, Guest Experience Team, Media Team, Follow-Up Team and Admin Team, with extra emphasis on outreach materials, guest spotters and intentional relationships.
Can we combine assimilation training with a capital campaign or build-out?
Yes. Several churches have paired assimilation training with a Vision Campaign or a build-out design, so their new space is ready to welcome and keep new guests.
