Our process is very intentional. We seek understanding through relationship and prayer, which is the heartbeat behind everything we do at CCM.
Rather than relying on surveys, we listen to the people who make up your church, and we ask your leaders to seek God’s wisdom alongside us so His will can be revealed through the process.

We begin with a basic intake form to gather general information about your church and its current statistics.
7 days of prayer and fasting
Your church leadership goes through a 7-day prayer and fasting journey, so God may speak to them and through them.
Interviews by Zoom
After the prayer and fasting, we interview several people who represent your church.

Why not just send out a survey?
Surveys only go so far. We want to hear from your people in their own voice, through conversations with your pastor, your leaders and a young family in your church.
Do you visit our church?
The interviews happen over Zoom, so the assessment works for churches anywhere.
What does our leadership need to do?
Fill out a basic intake form and take part in a 7-day prayer and fasting journey before the interviews begin.
What does it cost?
The assessment is $750, and afterward you receive a $500 credit toward any other CCM product or service.
